How do you make these? I mean I know how to make the backgrounds and stuff, but I can't keep the picture to stay the same size. and I don't know how to animate anything.

I made this one in GIMP, but it's easier to do in photoshop. Basically, the layers that animate are just the background layers. With photoshop you don't have to attach his photo to each layer like you do in gimp, so it's a lot easier.
