Description Note: I did NOT do the artwork for this image, only the coloring. All characters and artwork belong to their respective creators/distributors.

Another page I got to color. God I love the style of the animated series. Had fun creating mood in batcave with light from screens and such. I also lettered this one with Illustrator. It's kind of hard work arranging those ballons to keep the flow of the narrative and not cover up anything to important. It always sucks working so much on one particular detail and then having to cover it with a balloon... but it's also great to cover up mistakes ^_^. This is my second fav pic that I did from that class.

No, I did not draw this, only did the coloring and lettering.

I love it. That's exactley what the Joker would do. He's done the fake arm gag so many times throughout the cartoon series. You have awesome coloring skills, my friend.

Oh, I've read that comic. I checked it out from the library once. There's like a price on the Joker's head for a ton of money or something. At least that's what I think.

It's been a while since I've read it and I forgot - it was in a collection of a lot of other comics based on Batman the animated series

Can't remember the issue number, it was given to us as black and white scans to color. I have a vague idea of what happens in the story (and I know what Joker's secret is if you want to know ^_~) I have some of the files from that class, but they seem to be corrupted. If you are really interested I can find out what issue it is from my professor (and hopefully get the other pages so I can color those, too) But thank you for looking!!! ^_^

OK here's the Joker's secret... for all you and everyone else that may be in suspense, avert your eyes now if you don't want to know and make up the secret in your head. You see, the secret Joker would never EVER tell Batman was... the arm that's handcuffed to the pole is FAKE!!! MUAH HAHAHAHA He suprises Batgirl but she goes down fighting, getting some good hits in.

I think the story-line was that a multi-millionaire's son was either murdered or supposedly murdered by the Joker, so but but's a million dollar bounty on The Joker. Citizens and supervillains alike are getting all vigilante like trying to get the money. Batman captures the Joker and hides him in the Batcave until he can get everything sorted out, leaves him under the watch of Batgirl. Meanwhile, The Riddler knows that Batman has the Joker, so he kidnaps Robin and wants to trade Robin's life for the Joker so that he may claim the prize. Pretty cool premise from what I remember, but I didn't have the whole issue in front of me. Dammit, I'll try and find out. If I figure it out I'll try to post it here. Anybody else finds out, feel free to post the answer here too.

P.S. Thank you for the compliment, I will be glad to have you looking through my stuff. I shall go meander onto your gallery shortly.
