oh, Europe was amazing! thanks for asking. But really-- I will confess-- that this recent Colorado trip to the Desperation Worship Conference was EVEN BETTER... I feel... different.

And don't worry about your scanner! I can't get my camera to work (the one where all my europe pictures are on!) So those won't be uploaded any time soon...

Great. I went to the beach for a week with some of my family. I shall also confess that I was supposed to go to a worship conference in Kentucky, but I had to go to a family reunion the week of.

Yeah. I hate being a junior in high school. Why is it that everything seems to pile down on you during the third year of high school? *sigh* Oh well. Maybe God's teaching me not to be a procrastinator.

Ur so very lucky. the only problem for me is that I wouldn't have as many friends as I do now. Plus, I'm already an intraverted person; homeschooling would just make that worse

I have an insanely large amount of friends... I don't think homeschoolers are necessarily without friends. But I do get what you're saying. I don't see them every single day.

Yeah. I'd also miss being in the high school band. Most peole think of that oh so popular stereotype when I say that I'm in the band, but, really, we're not geeks. We're more like one big family, and besides, we get to go to alot of places that some people don't get to go to everyday. Its really fun, and goof off a lot.

I'm in my youth group's worship band, and it's true for me too! we get to go on trips, see each other every week... it's like we're family. So I understand completely.

nope! Thing is, our worship leader (singer and guitar player) is going to go lead the college group instead of the high school group, so I won't see him for another year!! It's so sad... but I know this change is for the better.

I play keys (piano) and I could sing, but our girls that sing vocals are pretty possessive about their role in the band... their jealousy would explode if I sang in youth group! pretty sad, right?

Indeed. I'm sure that you'd mop the floor with them anyway, though.lol That's the exact reason that I quit being in the chorus in junior high. Stupid jealousy and school girl drama ruins everything.
