Description
This was a Christmas request from , who has done so much for me.
It's supposed to be Roy Mustang, from Full Metal Alchemist...something I've never seen before. It is REALLY hard to try to copy the style but still make the picture completely original. I'm actually relatively happy with this. I know that it's a little off on some things, but considering it's my first try, I think it's half decent. 
And I know it's really cheesy, but I don't care.
And I don't think the character is actually ABLE to shape the fire, but I don't know. Artistic freedom!
