Description
An elder tree I have discovered in early March. Its shape is amazing, only a few little branches are broken, no scars or flaws on the bark. This old beech tree has grown to its "perfect" mature shape without being broken (or choped down..), nor being in competition with other trees around for all this time, judging from its wide round canopy.
He seems very healthy, looks like he could keep on living for a long, long time.
