Dusty is pretty popular in Uni so she's also pretty important and RICH AF
Being one of the kindest and most generous person on the moon sure has its benefits, and if it wasn't for her then fel and cel wouldn't even have a job.

She's a labradoodle mix, there's probably some chihuahua in there cause shes so small. All her energy runs throughout her body like cel and silver, but its shown as little white freckles (or stars get it) on her body. She has a lot more on her hands, but the gloves help stop her powers so she can do daily things without a bunch of glitter going wild around her.
