I haven't drawn this sweetie in a long time, and the last and only time was this mess:

ew.

Anyway, I’ve wanted to bring her back for a while, just never got around to it, so here's a little redesign/ref sheet thing c: She’s based on the colours of a clouded moonlit night, hence the name. The flow and luminosity of her hair are affected by the lunar cycle, peaking on the night of a full moon and becoming almost smokelike (like in the drawing!).
As the full moon passes, her hair gradually dulls and loses its flow, resuming a more normal wavy mane appearance c: So that's her cool thing! (she has no cutie mark yet i'm sorry i suck at them)
