Description
The locomotive is sort of a combination of the Pennsylvania T1 locomotive, and Southern Pacific 4449. There's always been something I love about streamlined locomotives, and this was my effort to capture that sense of motion.

It's also been inspired by the years I spent driving through upstate New York to get to college. Before I finished the background, I asked a friend about this, and he said that this would make more sense somewhere long and flat - somewhere like, for example, upstate New York. I had a lot of experience driving through somewhere very much like the area this train is traversing, so...well. It all made sense.
