i didnt draw this as it says in the description. if you want to edit it then go to the origonal picture and ask them. but if you just wanted to like upload it on bebo or put it in a video or soemthing then i dunno i gues that'd be okay

hmmm ill have to see if he can actually learn overheat but he probably can.
the blue fire is for 2 reasons
1. cus the image it was inspired off, the typhlosion had blue fire.
2. because my quilava RPC has blue fire.

well 'oveerheat' is meant to be like a burnout move, releasign all the energy in one angry blast then getting weaker afterwards. i was trying to capture that burst or energy
