Q.- Can we alter her appearance to make her more "user friendly", as in can she tailor her look a bit to the personality and needs of the individual contestant?

A.- I think the best way to answer this is to think of her as Sanctum's "Word Paperclip". In Word you could change it's appearance (paperclip, dog, cat, etc) but the help functions remained the same. With Nonima is the same, you can alter her look, but you have to retain her original character design elements (floating girl with the question mark theme in the face and hair).
