I started on this. Then I watched Labyrinth for the first time shortly afterward. I almost couldn't finish.TIGHTS.
Barn owls are cool. That's my only excuse for this character, whom I know nothing about.

That is very good. I happy that you did finish. I'm not sure why Labyrinth would have discouraged you from doing that, but I haven't seen that movie in a while. I will probably try my hand at DoInk sometime soon...waiting on getting a tablet.

I just find it strange when people use a vector animation software for a painting software.

What I've heard from most is that they hate pixels.

They don't realize that everything on their screen is a pixel, anyway?
And if that's the case, why not try canvas-painting?

Personally, I don't mind anything that doesn't make the pixels obvious, like MS Paint.

You can blend pixels in that, even. It just takes a long, long time and a lot of patience.

No, it's an animation program. It works...kind of like layers in GIMP.
