I promise it's going to be better now.Just a quick illustration. I seem to have set a large writer's block on top of my novel. Since I can't write for it, I'm drawing for it. I don't want to lose the obsession I have for it.
Yes, another rabbit-eared person. (It's a girl, sorry if she looks a bit boyish.)
No spoilers here. The man found the girl all alone on the forest floor and in pretty bad shape. He's just brushing mud off her face. She was crying because her race has good reason to fear his, but now she starting to think he might not be so bad.
There's a couple more story-telling details in here, but I'll save those for the book.

Namesake is basically a comic in which fairytales, like Wonderland, Jack and the beanstalk, Oz, etc. are all real... and people who have names similar to the characters in those stories get sucked up into them and go on the adventure to keep the story alive. But something's screwed up with them now, I guess, and the main character of the comic has to go fix whatever it is (in each of them?) I like it... but don't read it if you can't stand creepy images... 'cause it gets creepy in a lot of parts [link]

Ok... There's this princess called November who can't sleep. At all. Since nobody in her kingdom could help her with her problem, she decided to set out to find out what the problem was and to correct it, if possible. It turns out that she won't be able to sleep until "the moon has risen from the dead"... so her goal is to find the moon and figure out how to save her. [link]
