Here's a vectorized version of a very very angry luna drawn by *KP-ShadowSquirrel ! This is part of a collab that some of the VI's for the are doing in which we vector all of *KP-ShadowSquirrel 's Luna Poses ! I tried to stay as true to the sketch as possible, but added some of my own flair with the shading

Some of the other VI's will be releasing more Luna's soon, I'll probably post a journal when they're all done.

Anyhow, I really hope you like this! Feel free to leave any constructive criticism too! I'm not so sure about the shading in the mane/tail so I might release a version without it as well... Firstly: Love KP!
Secondly: Your shading in this is subtle and not overly done, giving the Princess some nice relief to a normally two-dimensional image, but without cluttering the image and distorting the colors. Highlights on the cheeks are good, not distracting. Did you consider possibly using a harder shine/reflection for the princess' shoes? I am thinking the use of something less blurred would make me believe the material for the shoes was something harder - more metallic or crystalline - than how I see them now.
Also, the way her nostril steam is expelling up seems strange to me. If she is simply slowly releasing steam from her snout, I would recommend something more wispy and smoke like. For an actual 'snort', I'd suggest deflecting the angle of what you have down and out towards the front of her face like this: img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20…
Either way, the danger is that you will cover her face too much or oddly. Right now, the 'steam snort' isn't convincing, as well as covering her right eye in an obtrusive way.
I also would have liked to see a bit more variation in the mane, tail and breastplate 'sparkles'.

this is really an excellent vector- using the show's style but also being different. the use of shading gives it more depth and and really adds to the feel of it. I like the sharp edges on her mane, showing that she's angry and expressing her emotion. one thing is though, the top feather on her close wing looks odd, and could maybe be curved less. her mane on the top of her head is also a little distracting, because i think it looks sharper in contrast to her main mane. i don't like the sparkles that much; i think they looks a little like snowflakes! the only thing i would take away/lessen is the smoke coming from her nostrils; they look a little out of place, or different (can't think of the right word)
overall, this is one of the best vectors i've ever seen and i hope to see more from you!

With the mane, I tried to stay as close to the original sketch as possible, but I can totally see how the spikes on top of her head can be distracting. I did kinda rushed the stars/sparkles, so they do look a bit like snowflakes... I might try and change them and then re-upload if I find time. The steam coming from her nostrils was something I also was a little unsure about... I might go back and revisit the styling of it a bit. I was trying for a more realistic effect rather than show-accurate, but I think it could definitely use a bit of tweaking.

It looks like my clipping mask had a mind of its own and wandered in slightly on the back of her mane, which I'm assuming is the fill error that you're talking about... Totally gonna try to fix that now

I love shading on vectors, it really brings them more to life, i've been trying to get the hang of this method with not much success. You on the other hand, are able to create perfect shadows i also love the little blurs on luna's...huh...hoof...amor...things? Anyway, wonderful job!

Thank you so much!! Shading is definitely very tricky, and I find myself fine-tuning and doing a lot of guesswork with it. If it would be useful, I might through together a video tutorial on how I do shading
