The jail keeper of the Silvermane kingdom. The Merchant sold him these keys and he *had* to have them (every prison warden needs a bunch of keys after all!), even though there are no doors and locks in Irridia... The Merchant is very persuasive like that, and ready to provide you with all the products you didn't even know you needed.

Also, if you're asking yourself - is this cat Ocher - you are correct! XD There are 4 City and the Beast cameos among the Irridia NPCs, and I posted all of them, if you can guess who the other three are you'll get a reward XD

This Irridia NPC is encountered on the yet unknown roll.
