Quick rules:

When you create your batterflies, please add this in description each time, whenever you post them, no matter which website you're posting on (of course you can write links differently since this formatting works only on dA):

Now for other questions:

They are for non-commercial use only (exception: adoptables and published works of fiction are alright with credit).
You are free to make as many as you'd like.
Yes, you can make and sell batterfly adoptables!
They will not be tracked through a masterlist but I will do my best to add all I see to my favourites! ^^ For the multiverse members I will also keep track of them in a journal entry to track XP points. TFR tracker is here; Batterfly Register (for TFR purposes)
You do not need to be a member of to create them, but I'd super love it if you joined! The Multiverse is one day going to be like a huuuuge DnD campaign (at least that's how I like to think about it) and I will want to get a lot of artists involved in the world-building. For now I'm just laying the foundations but it's already fun, so rummage around and see if you like it :3!

Now the Fading Realms angle - why I made these, is because I want it to be easier for people to join the adventures in The-Fading-Realms and start exploring with their very own creature! Other species of the multiverse are closed species, but batterflies are open for everyone. You can make your own and instantly join in. The batterflies can earn group credits like other creatures but the difference is - you can only earn credits that can be used towards purchasing MYO slots for other species, those credits cannot be used for anything else. They can earn personal XP points as any other creature though, so feel free to participate in the monthly prompts with them!

Basically the idea is that they are a free creature you can adventure with and earn your way towards a flyena or another creature easier, while having fun! And for members who already have their creatures, they make for some cute companions c;

The multiverse is going to have dozens, dozens of species in it. Batterflies are just one of the species you can stumble upon between dimensions!

I will be adding their info to the group's front page this week, and also posting an announcement.
