Great job, but the foot that you can see curled up behind the other one is backwards. I'm not saying I'm the expert of feet... but I do know where a big toe goes and I'm just giving you a heads up so you keep a look out for it in later pics!
Btw the anatomy on this is spectacular, you really should do more humanish peoples.

the shading looks smoother on the arms than the legs..not sure if that was intentional or something you are working on.
