My entry for 's "Suit Up" contest.I saw that entries were closing soon... and thought I'd use it as an excuse to draw some more FMA fan art.
It had to rush it so that I could meet the deadline (it's tomorrow), which is why the shading is extremely mediocre, detail very limited, and the background non existent ...maybe if I'd been more organised I could have done a better job, but it's becoming a habit for me to leave things until the very last minute
No particular reason why I chose these characters...
Gluttony looks a tad confused (not to mention very weird in a suit) ~ I think he may have turned up to the wrong party...
Izumi has her game face on
Edward looks a tad uncomfortable straightening his tie ~ I think he's trying to get the attention of a certain automail mechanic (and no, I don't mean Pinako XD)
Alphonse is looking smashing in his bow tie because BOW TIES ARE COOL!
Maes is daydreaming about Gracia and Elicia... I suppose this is something that will never change, even when he's had one to many to drink at a party

i dont really watch this show but it looks awesome! i like the armor dude and the short bald guy.

And don't worry, it's okay to think they're cute ~ the armor guy (Al) would probably be one of the cutest characters anyway! LOL

so is Brotherhood a prequel? 
i hear alot of good things about it
then alot of bad things about it
i'd like to watch it but i don't know what comes first! its so confusing!
~but i know the fat guy eats people and that's why i like him!

The second anime "Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood" came later (after the manga had been completed) ~ it follows the manga telling the story how the author originally intended it to be told.
I prefer Brotherhood over the first anime... I think it is better in so many ways.
I highly recommend that you watch Brotherhood ~ you won't regret it! It is easily the best (and my favorite) anime I have ever seen (and I've seen a few

o that makes sense...i think... can u watch the episodes on youtube? and where does Conquerer od Shamballa belong-with FMA or Brotherhood? i remember watching that movie and i was confused as hell...

The Conqueror Of Shamballa movie follows directly after the end of the first anime ~ so no wonder you were confused! Although it's called the Fullmetal Alchemist movie, all it really is, is a conclusion of that first anime (where they never followed the manga). It's not related to Brotherhood in any way ~ in relation to Brotherhood it actually presents a lot of false information.
