Description Katniss Everdeen from The Hunger Games (movie)

first thing first: THE FILM IS AMAZING

secondly, I went with the outfit from the movie for this, mostly because it was easier to reference. (hence the reason I put this in the movies/tv category) I can't remember exactly how the Games outfit was meant to look in the books.

it's fun making people look more grubby.
