It’s IIGIR!

IIGIR is the brain child of *CircuitDruid and is the cutest little robotic rat you could possibly hope to get your house infected with… even if he dose insist on re hiding all the Easter candy.

IIGIR was my first adventure in needle felting and I love it (after I read a few tutorials and bought the right wool and needles, Do not get these things at big box craft stores!). I will readily admit I cheated in a number of ways however. I used thick store bought felt sheets for all the white bits and built his core out of foam to save on weight, expense, and sanity in the form of a hell of a lot less wool stabbing. All the black bits and details are completely cheat free needlefelted however so I get at least some points. Oh, and as always his body is of course augmented with a posable wire skeleton which he is more then happy to show off.
