I have to say it:
Did the "genophage" became some sort of venereal curse in here? Because that codpiece looks ready to shoot, ahhnn, magic missiles. Β

That flaming belt-buckle was actually a codpiece, but it was scaring too many enemies away (while attracting too many females). It was a tough choice, but some sacrifices must be made if true Krogan wants to taste blood.

Krogan are amazing. And this is even more amazing. I love this.

Considering how few soft parts a Krogan has I can't imagine a sword would be very efficent. Unless he's not fighting other Krogan.

They have a place on their chest that is an instant kill if stabbed. So a sword might make sense after all.

True. The specifics are not solid. But Wrex and the Krogan scientist both mention killing their targets by stab to the chest. Make of it what you will.
