This painting is meant to target the media and it's whitewashing. It's unfair that when I flip through a fashion magazine, like Elle or what have you, I can count the number of black people on ONE hand. Why is it in movies that there's always that ONE black person in the group? This really applies to all races also, I barely see glorification of Indian, or Arab, or Mexican or Asian women and men.Related content

I really don't think that certain races are prettier than another. But I know what you're saying, there's a lot of beautiful black women out there, what are the fashion magazines filled with? White people. It's sad really :/
