This reminds me of the comment by Orson Welles about B&W being the actor's friend(Welles considered black and white to be "the actor's best friend", feeling that it focused more on the actor's expressions and feelings than on hair, eye or wardrobe color.).
You aren't distracted by color and see the infinite complexity and essential simplicity of these flowers!

Lord, this is stunning. The fluted curves of the edges of the petals remind me of balerinas dancing. You've used light beautifully here, it's very impressive.
