I downloaded it but it doesn't have the hair? I saved it as my character anyway and I loaded in some sort of abandoned area? The map was all black, and there was NO ONE around and the tools/emotes/chatbox etc weren't there. I think the preset stuffed up my FH 'cause everytime I try to open FH it doesn't open and my computer starts to lag!

This must be your feralheart. None of my presets are containing bad things. Have you downloaded particles? Remove any that are the same. Otherwise, check this out:[link]

what did i do wrong: i downloaded it perfectly and its now working but,
how do i make other people see it? I asked this person and all he saaid was that
he saw just a regular starter wolf. What happend?
