And you totally should, it's a lot of fun. You don't really need a special program, I think. I'm not sure how, bu I think there's a way you can draw something, scan it in and paste it on the meme.

Or, you could download the GIMP like me. It's totally legit, 90% as good as Photoshop, and freeeeeeeee! Takes a little getting used to, but practice helps. [link]
