This memorial was erected to honor those who lost their lives during the Battle of New Center and here's Commissioner Mike the Lucario in the new NCPD armor that was implemented post BoNC. Also, this will be what NCPD armor looks like during Vigilance Part 4.
Armor features:
A better HUD that aids in aiming and displays health and stamina.
It uses stamina as shielding, the less stamina, the more likely the wearer's health will go down.
Can switch between visions
Lets the user know how much ammo is left in their weapon.
Is more durable than the old NCPD armor
