This one suggests a story to me. Some nutter runs up to the figure and pushes him off the building, only then realising that the figure is a cardboard cutout who floats gently down to the ground on the blue air currents.

It's based on the poster for the movie Fearless (in which you can hear my favourite classic song, and one of my all times fav song, Symphony 3 by Gorecki). I wasn't too happy with the result, in fact I was quite furious. The blue background was way worse originally and I ended up painting it with toilet paper, desperately trying to get some effect there. I repainted the background many times over.
