Well. I never hated ears so much Why are ears SO hard? Hair - fine. Eyes - ok. Ears - *die*.

Well, despite the anatomical problems, I like this. It is colorful, whether or not you like it you have to agree with that ^^ I'm having a little issue with matching up the noses/mouths as well, but this was more of a study in color than proportions. This took me a good few hours, probably around seven total. Done in prismacolors. The bay was easy, but I think it turned out the worst. I like the proportions on the one on the far right the best.

So, three sisters. No real story with this one, though they could easily be characters in my story because they all fit the description. Oh, right - they look like horses, but they are in their horse-forms. In their true form they are unicorns, but this form allows them to at least try to evade notice. These ones' eyes give them away, they're a bit too colorful for normal horses' ^^ Also, I have two sisters, so... they probably know who's who

I really like how you've done the ears actually - they look very natural to me, like you know how they sit and fold etc. I love their faces, don't know why lol. they just have a lovely shape and expression. love the colours too.

Thank you! I have grown a little more used to the ears... I guess I just need to work on them more to get comfortable with them. It's mainly the size, I suppose. Thank you for commenting, your comments really mean a lot to me, I admire your art

the ear sizes look fine to me, too maybe the ones on the forward-facing horse are a leetle small, the others are perfect though! but yeah, ears are annoyances lol.

Thank you so much! It was hard to do three in one picture (I think that's a first for me in colored pencils, at the level of detail that this one is at ^^), but at least I didn't get bored because there were lots of different colors to use

I like how they all seem to be staring warily at the viewer. I think you did a great job with the colored pencils as well.
It may be they way her head is positioned, but I think the horse/unicorn in the front's neck is a little bit too long.

Thank you! Yes, they are a bit wary... the long neck thing is partially because of the spot I ended the mane at... It looks as if its neck is directly behind it But I wouldn't put it above myself to have messed up proportions again

I like the colors you've used on the bay. She's much more interesting that way. Actually, I like all of the colors you've used I like their eyes too, and the one on the right is absolutely gorgeous. She looks very alert and curious.

Thanks! Yeah, I like to use at least one or two different colors in the shading, though the ones I used on the white horse coat didn't show up so well :/ The eyes were the most fun, as usual ^^ I love eyes And the one on the end was the most successful, and yes she does look alert and curious. Fits one of my sisters quite well
