Just something I drew and painted a little awhile ago. Gotta a lot of work to go but it's getting there. To me, I feel like doing some pieces of Lara just to spite Crystal, Square and Microsoft after the crap they did to loyal fans. They might want to try and dictate what I play but they sure as hell aren't going to dictate what I draw.And yes, this is one of my interpretations of what Lara might wear in her future adventures.

Hehe, I hoped you'd like it. And this just goes to show that I made her more conservative in her appearance and I kept true to the new rebooted Lara as well (inexperienced, young, etc.) but it still reminds me of classic Lara. I'm not sure why Crystal can't seem to figure out how to do it too.

Because they are too glued on the TR movies, which in my opinion, is what altered the franchise. We both know the movies weren't true to the game...sometimes I wonder if the people who made the movie and people at Crystal even bothered playing the old games. I think they weren't there in the beginning of the franchise and didn't really capture the spirit of adventure, all they are trying to do is be shocking or something.

I rather like the way that Lara stands out against a misty background. I mean, she seems to be hanging off a cliff with a waterfall in her background.

Ironically enough, I might be finishing the piece (can't say when for sure) but the background might not stay as the lackluster it is. I might keep it pretty simple though. Who knows the future holds? And thank you for your support!

Ah, I see. If I do add more to the background, I can't imagine it will be heavily detailed as I would want my focus on Lara in the piece.
