Description
Story: A Terrorist Attack has caused in the Harley Subway in 2013, where a group of Pheonix Connection are on a roll to plant the bomb to the subway to cause Civilian Casualties and destruction to the subway. SWAT UNits have been dispatched to stop them from planting the bomb and to end the madness.I was messing around with lamps, lights, color correction and bloom to make a better outcome to the picture. I also edit some touchups in Paint.NET to make it look better.

What did you edit with paint.NET did you edit the *dark* effect on the sides of the photo

The *dark* effect, I used a Post Processing Addon called LIFE, which is on the workshop. Used the Border Overlay and made it darker via Vignette effect.
Often I use Soft Portrait, Glow, Sharpen and Layers.
I sometimes use Levels when something is too bright
