i put popsicle sticks on my wrist once with tape so i didnt
move my wrist while playing the violin (the bow hand wrist)
oh man... that hurt <.< but i got out of the habbit - because when i would move my wrist, the popsicle sticks would pinch me D: didnt take long for me to learn not to move my wrist,
thats for sure.
