The way the *person* or the *camera* is looking outside the window, concealed in a way because he's moved slightly away from the window reminds me of a murderer/victim situation, where the murderer is calmly assessing the situation, observing his victim and waititng for the right moment to attack...

Perfect timing. The composition BLEEDS a melancholy mood. The cup bugs me, maybe I'd have used a white mug....I guess it's just, when I first looked at it I couldn't tell it was coffee, it could have been grape juice for all I know....then again, maybe the cup SHOULD bug me and it wouldn't "look" cold if it were in a mug. Meh, point is, I love this shot, regardless of my inner cup/mug dilemma.

Oo.. something about this makes my heart smile. I love it. I think the rain rolling down the window is my favorite part and how the car is kind of out of focus. Beautiful.

I fancy this a lot, the cup is positioned just perfectly to fit the photo, the rain on the glass adds to that dreary feel, and the perspective that you chose was superlative. Capturing the curtains in this was a wise choice and I think that they accentuate everything nicely. Looking down on the street through the window gives a sense of where the room is positioned and I like the vague outlines of the cars below.
Overall a lovely job.
