Starting with the obvious; I love the vibrant colours and the simplicity in this shot. The lighting works really well along with the glossy surface without taking too much attention away from the main focus of this image.
I love the way you timed the camera along to work with the ice cubes to capture that beautiful splash and its definitely made a lot of impact in this shot.

As soon as I saw the photo I immediatly felt three of the major human emotions:
passion, exciting and peacefullness.
Red, like the colour of passion. With his high and powerful splash show us the power which could be released gradually, but also sweeps slowly over the barriers of love.
Green, like the colour of the exciting. With his really high and energetic splash show us the power which could be released with the truly happiness, power able to hit and involved in his madness anyone who is too close to it.
Blue, like the colour of peacefullness, quiet like who can wait the right moment to show himself and weigh with calm and caution the choice he has to take.
It's a great shot, maybe it would have been better with a better lighting to bring out
the colours in a better way with some shadows. A shorter exposure time and a minor f/ would have helped to catch with an higher definition the splashs, or maybe a shorter flash time.
Generally is a cool photo, with a great concept of expressivity.
