Mewtwo commission forFinally! X_x Thing took me what feels like forever.
I'm pleased with this, but at the same time I'm not. Maybe it's because I've always hated Mewtwo
(don't kill me Mewtwo lovers O.o)My white clay was really soft since my room is rather warm. (I heat up the room with my hotlicousness
)The purple bled into the white a little bit. You can't see it in the photos sadly T-T Hope you all like it~
No paint used, only multiple colors of SculpeyIII clay.

you know? I always thought Mewtwo was a bit well ugly... but you have changed that opinion with this rendering of him >w< he just has adorable little eyes! actually I'm not surprised. ALL of your figures are adorable... heck, a slaking could look cute if you sculpted it XD

Mewtwo's like my favorite, so forgive my harshness, but:
His eyes are all wrong. He looks like he's part Bug-type. The fingers are too human; they should be stubbier in the phalanx bones and more bulbous at the end. The ears are strange and he doesn't look mean enough. Lastly, the legs are too thick at the bottom and too thin at the top.

mewtwo first appearece in a game was in Mother zero they called him Giegue, well its not the same but it looks alot like him

I'm a little upset that he looks like he's sitting because he doesn't look very threatening like that and his eyes make him look surprised, but that's only because they blend in with his head. I love the shine of the belly however and the tube in its head looks cool. I guess I'm in the same boat as you. I don't hate it but I don't love it. I think it might be the pose you chose for it or maybe if its feet were extended.

I'm not pleased with the fact I made him sitting either. The clay was very soft so something like that is very hard to prevent while keeping him standing

This was really well sculpted, the body and head in general was done pretty well. But I think the eyes ruin it a bit, it seems to look crooked it might be the black that was a bit too thickly applied, maybe attempting to add the big protruding like thrown to his forehead might have made things look a little better for the eyes xP
But I think this was well presented, far better than anything I could have conjured up myself

is good, but you should use more wires on the legs and tail, i did a mewtwo and he was able to stand with long legs(the body never touch the ground) with the help of his tail, but i miss to put wire on his waist, and on a one month vacation out of my house he broke
