This is wonderful.
Hope I don't offend you by saying it brings to mind a painting by Jose Manuel Capuletti (Spanish, 1924-75) "The Canal" [link] one of my favorite paintings.
Yous is a dark version of Capuletti's in my mind, with much more detail and interest especially in the foreground and sky of your photo. The woman in the middle ground just happens to have that red gown that sparked the reminiscence. That patch of red in your photo is perfect.

i love love love this shot! the only thing i would have to say about it is to possibly crop the bottom a tad... it makes the big rock? or whatever that is compete for the focus of the shot. If you make it so that it is less center and the person is the focus it would be breath-taking.
Actually take out some ground add more sky.... amazing
