Alright, so, here's another entry I have for 's summer contest, this time for the Pokémon category. This is actually an idea I have for a future Pokémon story. A few years ago, I wrote a Pokémon fic featuring Ash and Misty going on a little summer getaway together (they're already a couple), and I've been considering the possibility of making a new version. However, I have to admit that, even though I'm still a diehard PokéShipper, Serena has grown on me as a character (which considering that I didn't like her very much at first, says a lot), and if Ash does end up with someone other than Misty, I'd say she would be the best choice. These two are the only main female protagonists in the anime who one way or another have shown to have been romantically attracted to Ash (more implied in Misty's case, of course), and considering their opposite personalities, I think it would be interesting if they met. Perhaps they might be rivals for Ash and they would be vying for his attention from time to time, yet outside of that, I believe the two could become very good friends. Furthermore, if they encountered other potential romantic rivals, they might even team up to drive them away from Ash, and once he made a choice with one of them, the other would support them.

De acuerdo, aquí tengo otra entrada para el concurso de verano de , esta vez para la categoría de Pokémon. Esta es de hecho una idea que tengo para una futura historia de Pokémon. Hace unos años, escribí un fic con Ash y Misty yéndose de vacaciones juntos durante el verano (ya son pareja), y he considerado la posibilidad de hacer una nueva versión. Sin embargo, tengo que admitir que, aunque sigo siendo un PokéShipper a morir, me he llegado a encariñar con Serena como personaje (lo cual considerando que al principio no me caía del todo bien, es decir mucho), y si Ash termina con alguien que no sea Misty, yo diría que ella sería la mejor opción. Estas dos son las únicas protagonistas femeninas del anime que de una u otra forma han demostrado sentirse atraídas hacia Ash (aunque es más implícito en el caso de Misty, por supuesto), y considerando que las dos tienen personalidades muy opuestas, creo que sería interesante si se conocieran. Tal vez sean rivales por Ash y estarían compitiendo por su atención a cada tanto, pero fuera de eso, pienso que las dos podrían llegar a ser muy buenas amigas. Más todavía, si se toparan con otras rivales potenciales, hasta podrían hacer equipo para alejarlas de Ash, y ya que eligiera a una de las dos, la otra los apoyaría.
