Β It definitely seems like the eyes of a person who is up to no good, whatever that means in the imagination of the observer...
The hair flow was beautifully drawn too, almost makes the naturally invisible air be a naturally seen part of the drawing, as if underwater. I like the choice of light colors to the flowers all around because that makes her at the centerpoint of the image have her forms even more pronounced which is what I assume you were going for!
Finally, the shade the hair puts over her eyes gives a sort of "dark", "scheming" vibe to Tharja.Β
