Thanks. Now I know Chestnut's fears of Larkspur and her eyes. Like Carnation said "Some people are tragic within their beliefs."

Not to mention how Chestnut thinks he was responsible for it.

For starters.... Cowslip is basically described as a cult leader. For his cases would simply ramble on fate. Basically he and his warren are in their own world.
Elvira, on the other hand, is more deluded because if she really is Christian, she wouldn't be saying horrible things, especially to Rose's cousin Donnie. In which she says what was considered damning.... "When people are born with such a mental disorder, it means they came from the Devil as you ignorant people ought to understand."

I couldn't make my mind up either.
It's people like her that come from the Devil.

Indeed. However, I'll have to say Aunt Elvira is more deluded than Cowslip. Because she uses her faith to condemn the weak like Donnie.
Not exactly, it's her actions and what she says, as if she manipulates herself or forgotten the real teachings. It's Freedom of Choice, from the decisions we make and/or say sadly.

I'm sorry. I meant it as in how can make such an evil choice of words.
