Anyway, if you're waiting for more of me, don't worry-- I'll be back on Sunday to watch Papyrus and the kid start their friendship. We'll touch on the reason for Frisk's body language, and... a certain someone will finally make his reemergence into the story!

I might be wrong on this, but I feel the red text saying "fight back" isn't Chara speaking, but more of Frisk going through mixed emotions. Like, Toriel even uses red text during the game itself, so I don't feel it's that bad an assumption.
Although to be the honest, this is kind of based on the fact that the only person that Frisk killed was Toriel, so Chara might not even be that genocidal now. They might just be saying fight back because it's what they were shown last time, so they are confused why it's not what they want to do now. That's how I see chara though, so this interpretation might be so wrong-

I like how this story is going. Before the reset, it wasn't exactly a genocide route like in so many other comics, but a neutral route where Frisk kills almost everyone in their way out of fear and self-defence. After the reset, they are more onset to spare everyone thanks to Papyrus influence, similar to like how a player is dissuaded to kill by a monster they don't wish to harm in their playthrough. While I don't read much Undertale comics, this is a refreshing read and a twist on what usually goes on.
As for Chara, I doubt they have much influence either way during the comic, so I guess Flowey is talking to Frisk when he says that name.

This page was top-notch. The way you handled the text box and added a few flavours (Toriel noticing your look) was really smooth. Actually, the whole set up of the story seems perfect.
Frisk at first follows Flowey's code of KILLED or BE KILLED and Chara's impulsive influence, but after they meet Papyrus, they learn there's another way to solve things and, when they accidentaly reset, they decide to try that new apporach they just learned.
In other words, Frisk wouldn't have gone back and used Mercy had it not been for Papyrus. Heh! He really is the greatest hero of this comic.
