There are so many different steps depending on the two images that you merge.
I have never looked at any guide,you just have to take your time to try all the tools.

Have tried created several in the past but never been content with the result.
Or maybe I'm to had on myself.

I always find it hard to make 2 images fluently merge to each other.

I usually pick a face that are as close to the face as possible on the fur image.

Then i erased only the conture of the face and added the right eyebrow and lash.
