Description Since it's my birfday next week, I thought I'd post a Kittyland birfday comic!

Max's fishy friend's name is Lew. As for how he is breathing on land, I will just have to explain it as being MAGIC. Someday I'll have to draw the story of how they became unlikely friends.

This was penciled and inked traditionally, then I colored it in with the trusty old paintbucket tool.

I have the comic about how they became friends mostly planned out in my head. Now I just have to draw it! Haha, I guess that's the hard part.

Yes, Lew is a very friendly fish--and nice enough that he manages to put up with Max all the time!
