Umm yeah, so I randomly drew a pose of Danny, then started adding on it, thinking 'why not, I'm bored anyway...'So, a random new design for Danny.
I like to think that future!Danny has a lot of ectoplasm to spare, maybe even to the point where he needs to constantly release it in order for it not to overwhelm him. The shape of a scarf is just there to practice his ecto-manipulation. Hence the glowiness.
As for those ecto-blobs... I don't know man, I'm just bored.

I did say this was a random outfit cuz I was pretty much bored :/ Is it weird if I say I've seen more... eccentric ones?
Tho, I believe in canon, he wouldn't be caught dead in this outfit (pun fully intended)

He might you never know, Danny really should little care of what he actually wore. The suit was an accident when he went with safety.
But the last question is, Does he live in the ghost zone because of the ectoplasma?
Sorry for my mess ups I usually go into more detail. But I was arguing with someone who presented proof, that we need to ban all warning labels on products. So we can weed out the herd a little bit.

Oh. Yeah, it all did come out a bit insensitive, but I'm not a quarrelsome person (for fear of attracting trolls) so I tried not to get insulted. And yeah, Danny came out feminine, but that doesn't mean he's gay :/ It prolly just means that Sam blackmailed him into wearing it with some embarassing pictures
And yeah, the hazmait suit in the canon was for safety, but I doubt he can change it... and if he can, it would prolly be a T-shirt and jeans, since he's such a stickler to the normal and blending in.
I don't see what the ectoplasm question has to do with the pic, but he doesn't have to live in the GZ to get his daily dosage. And yeah, I guess he needs at least a little bit of external ectoplasm in a certain amount of time. I've noticed that in canon he's dissolving into mist very often at the beginning, and also quickly collapsing from over-extertion in ghost form. He gets better later, but it's curious that it coincides with him finally going to the GZ. Maybe his trips there do affect his ghost form's strength, like giving him food to grow

That theory was interesting. But it was for the description, where you said he has to release it now and again.
Just because they appear feminine does not always mean they are gay. It's actually very useful ideal. Some of the most dangerous characters will appear, stupid, feminine, or weak in some way. So it has nothing really to do with being gay. But it would confuse the in story characters. Along with anyone who does not realize it is for deceiving the enemy.
But yeah I could see him wearing a t-shirt and jeans.

Oh, that. I meant that he became such a powerful ghost over time that it was creating problems for his human half, like freezing the air around him. So he uses the excess energy to make that scarf, so that he's not always at 100% and he doesn't have the cold aura when in human form

I can understand that. 
So it's probably quite understandable with Danny and his scarf. Heck that would go great if you wanted to make a story, where Danny meets others who have to do the same thing.

Umm... I didn't exactly mean it like that. The scarf's just a constant training exercise to him, as well as an outlet for his excess ectoplasm. It's just an ecto-contruct, not an ecto-powered mythical item 
It's got more to do with his power level, so he can't compare to other ghosts. Only person coming close would be Zaraki Kenpachi from Bleach, who wears an eye patch that constantly sucks his spiritual energy so he's never at 100%. Even though he does it so it wuld be more fun (and harder) to beat his enemies, but the purpose is the same

Aaaaand that's the first-manga-then-anime curse, coupled with the budget-for-only-25-eps restriction -_- Rarely does it happen that an anime is truly beautifully awesome with those restrictions =3= At least we got an AU where Yukio got the same powers as Rin and accepted them in a non-angsty way, which in hindsight will probably be overdone in the manga. Tho srsly, the whole Yukio-turns-momentary-evil-and-scares-the-crap-out-of-Kuro thing was just too much

Yush, I do agree that it was awesome that Yukio got the same powers as Rin in the anime. And yeah, it was nice not being too angsty about it (then again, I love my angst). Though in the manga (at least when I was flipping through it) it looked like Yukio MAY get Satan's power too, but I'm not sure. XD
Kuro needs some fishies...and some silver sake too. ^^
