I don't swear at all and I'm used to hearing them everywhere. However, I just don't like it when babies/toddlers/little kids over hear swears because they might repeat them and get in trouble. For example:

Little kid: *he eats an ice cream cone, but it suddenly falls out of his hand and on to the ground* *swears*

Kid's dad: Good Lord, son where did you learn such language?!

Kid: From you. I heard it while you were ironing clothes this morning.

A few hours earlier...

Dad:*is ironing clothes until he burns his finger* AAAUGH!! *swears*
