have you ever had one of those dreamswhere your teeth are falling out?
inspired by a nightmare
i am really proud of this piece, probably one of my best so far.
the original is HUGE (3400 x 5000) so the details aren't very clear in this. sorry!photographer & model : me (i felt like a mummy trying to take this photo!)
teeth : my very own wisdom teeth
blood brushes : mine (soya sauce on paper!)

I once had a nightmare like that but after my teeth fell, my under-jaw's bone broke into many pieces. Then I realised that I was in front of a sink, spitting a lot of blood. Then the sink got really full of blood and the room turned dark blue.
I got scared of that nightmare but now I find it interesting.

Wow. Yes, I've dreamt about that, but oddly enough it's always been bloodless. I think my subconscious is PG-rated.

i had mine out 9 years ago and was awake for it, probably why i haven't been back to the dentist since. gaaahhh.. =/

Yes. I was put to sleep. Mine had to be surgically removed because they were "impacted" or something. Getting them pulled while you're awake? Now that must have been traumatizing! The horror...

it is strange how common that kind of dream is! i really wonder why. yesterday i was talking to some girl and she told me how she always has dreams like that too. it seems like the most common nightmare out there.

Ahh luckily for me I can control my dreams, so I don't actually get the consequences of being clubbed in the mouth. I heard only few people can control their dreams.
By the way, where did you learn your Photoshop tricks? Your photo-manipulations are very different from most I've seen. Yours are more thought out.
