Description i was walking down the side of the road the other evening when i happened to glance down at the ground, where i saw a torn and faded photograph.. i kept walking, but something started tugging at my mind, so i turned around and picked it up.. i don't know who took it, but it really captured me.

enjoy

I love this piece, it is so elegant, with fine details.

(I just wish the nonexistance of the watermark through, despite the fact that I understand why it is there. Maybe make it a bit smaller then usual? Because it does make the image kinda hard to see)

Take care deary!

Using found objects is a great idea. I really like the composition here and the way the various media
are used.

As for the watermarks I've considered doing the same, but have opted for the hammer my attourney
can provide. This is one of the primary reasons why I havent switched to digital and continue to use
film; in the event of a ripoff, I can show the original negative or transparancy.

I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Well, I love this. The story, the white, the off centered fragmented picture. You are so frelling talented and I love your work, it's compelling so

This is beautiful! The white brings out the burned out, burned down central image.

Fanstastic idea. I cannot quite make out what the photograph is of. What made you choose to use the textures and images you did as part of the whole piece?

Your work is so amazing. More people, myself included would have just kept walking. But you not only picture it up.. but you brought it back to life (... if you will...). This is an amazing photomanipulation.

this is a really nice manip !
almost entered my faves. i love all textures (especially the insects' wings). the "frame" where ths photo is in look great, and does reveal as much from the pic as its needed to be curious.
what i maybe liked almost more, was the story you brought along. about you finding a pic of you on the street. a mysteria. reminds me of that animated movie 'waking life', after that book from phillip k. dick, where the guy finds a letter on the street. he sits down to pick it up, and reads it. "look to your right" he looks, and exactly in that moment there suddenly is a car coming towards him .... i blabla, sorry.
great pic, i changed my mind bout faves, its worth it !
