Your specimen is called "splash copper" - and it is a man-made sculpture created by melting copper, oxidizing it (to form the green coloration) and then polishing it.

It's still really copper, it's just not a natural formation of it.

Interesting, It was sold as a especially nice piece of natural float copper, which I suppose it still might be, but it seems it probably is man-made splash copper. Β Thanks for showing me that!
