Canon Digital Rebel XSiTamron 10-24mm
3 shot HDR (-2, 0, +2)
While in Kansas for Thanksgiving, I had the wonderful opportunity of shooting a fiery Kansas sunset. Ran a couple hundred yards from my grandma's house into a field to take this one. A simple composition, but I believe if you've witnessed such a scene in the Great Plains, it will seem quite familiar
If you're just getting into HDRi and you're looking for a challenge, I suggest trying an HDR of a sunset. Exposing the foreground and the sky evenly is a very difficult task. I know I couldn't have processed this so well a year ago. It really takes time, and if you look back at my early HDRs, you'll see how much I've improved.

Gorgeous color; I have personally never been the any part of the Great Plains (Alberta doesn't really count) and for me, that means going to Sasketchewan.
