Canon PowerShot SD1000I tried a quick HDR of these passing storms. It's kinda strange to have storms like these in November, but I'm not complaining
Definitely an eerie feel to this shot 
Full view and you can see a few mammatus clouds along with the sun rays near the top 
Please tell me what you think!

A LOT going on here. Wow, how the clouds make everything so small! And the drama of an extreme natural event is looming, very powerful. I love the strip of red/pink/orange in the distance, almost like a "light at the end of the tunnel" kind of thing.

It looks almost evil because it looks so dark.The clouds look unreal.But that is nature.Sometimes we just cant believe our eyes.

I would only echo others... I think this is actually my favorite of your neighborhood shots--nothing I can really put my finger on--the "WOW" response is just different.

Great shot - works really well in HDR. The colours and depth are amazing and, as other people have mentioned, it does almost look surreal. Keep up the excellent work!

I love how quiet the street is despite the drama in the sky. The way the sun is coming out of the clouds is a beautiful capture!
