Description Canon PowerShot SD1000
5 Shot HDR (-2, -1, 0, +1, +2)

This is the top of the street that I live on
It's a miracle this came out so clear, considering I was bracing my camera on the side of a street sign I'm pretty pleased with this shot, other than the light halos around the trees (although, this was mostly caused by the lighting in the sky, not post-processing).
The title makes more sense if you follow the following links. The Just to the right, the corner of the sidewalk in this shot can be seen, and if you turn another 90 degrees to the right, you'd be able to see the tree featured in this shot ! It kinda makes me realize about how many photos I have taken in my own neighborhood... you could practically piece them together like a map

Please tell me what you think!

I have seen so many cool HDR's lately including this one it makes me want to go do one!

Do you have any tips? Are you using a program?

Thanks

Thanks!
I suggest getting a tripod first of all
I use Photomatix Pro, with some searching you should be able to find a download

Someone recommended Photomatix Pro to me yesterday and so I have it and I also have a tripod so I guess I am set

I use photomatix too. I'd highly recommend it and it really can create interesting results out of otherwise dull shots.

Here's a recent HDR shot of mine. The source images really weren't that great but the combined shot looks pretty eyecatching.

Good work here billy!
