I see I heard that info from my mam who was talking a lot about him in the car lol..He also was sent to live with his aunt when he was a kid and spent a lot of his childhood in the Lake district but got bullied. Despite that he really loved the Lake district and eventually got a job as a postman..and the lake district and the job inspired him to write postman pat

Oh how insightful.~ ovo The Lake District is beautiful to explore so it's interesting John lived in the area and was inspired by his job to create Postman Pat.

Yep ^^ It really is a lovely place to look around ^^ not too far from my part of the north east though I haven't been there in a while

Certainly is I had no idea until my mam told me ^_^ I do know though that he isn't too keen on the newer versions of the series ;0
