Ooow I love the colors and the way you shaded it. :3 Though the wings really need work. You should pay attention to the main structure of the wing, especially how feathers are attached to the wing. Photo references should make wonders. For example ~wolle has some awesome photos of different kinds of birds in flight.
Take reference for the feet too in case you want to improve. They aren't too bad and in fact I really like them but could be more "birdly". : D

lovely, the gradient effect on the tail is great, the shadow are not dark enough for change the colors si is nice, the wings are really cool, feather are painful but look well
